I Am Divine!
A trailer has gone online for a documentary celebrating the life and work of Divine, John Waters’ partner in crime. It looks like a lot of fun, and knowing what kind of stuff they got up to there will be plenty of stories to go through. They interview a lot of people from Waters past work so I’m really excited to see how it turns out.
I’m so afraid you’ll find a wife, have kids,...

Fertile Ground & Seconds Apart
I gone and done two more new DVD releases for HorrorTalk. First one is Fertile Ground
Next is Seconds Apart which I enjoyed a lot more. One thing I left out in the review about this film is that the twins are super hot. But one is definitely hotter, yet they’re identical? How bizzare, maybe it’s because he was slightly less evil. Who knows.
Both films are...

Trailer Round Up
It’s been a while hasn’t it. First up is the cancer, comedy film starring Seth Rogen, Joseph Gordon-Levitt (he’s everywhere!) and Anna Kendrick. I remember reading about this a while back and wondering how they were going to do it because I remember Funny People having the same sort of premise and it not really working. But 50/50 looks like it has a lot of promise. Quality...

A Film To Break Your Heart
I made the mistake of watching All The Real Girls really quite late last Friday evening, I wasn’t sure exactly what it was going to be like, but I liked the look of the trailer and love Paul Schneider, Zooey Deschanel and Danny McBride, so thought what could go wrong. Well, much like when I recently watched Blue Valentine, my heart actually broke watching it. This doesn’t...

Happy Friday The 13th!
Well happy Friday the 13th guys! Friday the 13th is one of my favourite horror films because it’s what got me into the horror genre. I watched it when I was 13 and was so scared I checked under my bed that night because I was sure Mrs Voorhees was under there with an arrow. I still do this from time to time.
In celebration of this here are some of my favourite bits from the...

Horrible Bosses
This first one looks really good and the two performances that stand out come from Colin Farrell (who has proven his comic abilities in In Bruges) and Jennifer Aniston who is doing something a little different from her romcom stuff, which is great as I was always “Team Jen”. It also stars Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Jamie Foxx.

Actor back catalogue...
Do you ever get obsessed with one actor/actress and have to watch their entire back catalogue just because you think they can take on any role? For me, the more unusual and random the better. I do it a lot. Over the past few years it has led me to find some real gems that I would never have watched had I not gone all nerdy and delved in to their past. Here are some examples.
One...

HorrorTalk Review- The Man From Nowhere
If there’s one film I would highly recommend right now it would be The Man From Nowhere. It’s a really awesome, fast-paced thriller, I recently reviewed it for HorrorTalk, check out the review here.

Crazy Corey Feldman News
This is pretty random. But because Corey Feldman’s involved it makes it a bit more plausible.
On the 1st of May a new film was premièred in Texas called Operation Belvis Bash, a film that stars the very awesome ’80s star Corey Feldman. The film centres on a rock and roll musician Belvis, (Alexander Loy) who travels to Afghanistan to win over the hearts of its people joined by his...
