VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE!

I thought I would post a couple DVD reviews I have done recently for HorrorTalk and they are both Vampire movies!

First up is a short film called Indemnity and then there is Daylight Fades (Yes, that one is a little bit Twilight-y). I love vampire movies but these two didn’t exactly float my boat, but please click on the links to see what I had to say!

Support this Star Wars, Scouse, Sci-Fi Movie!

I’m all about supporting budding film-makers, and this right here is a prime example of some fantastic talent that needs help getting something truely excellent made.

I Have a Bad Feeling About This is a project by film-makers Alan Donohoe and Jamie Williamson and they need some funding help. If you like anything Star Wars related, Liverpool based or just plain funny then check out their trailer and pledge right here:

That trailer was made on just £300, so imagine what can be done with £10,000! This looks ridiculously cool and hilarious, it has a definite Fanboys meets Hot Fuzz feel to it and what makes it even better is it’s unique setting of Liverpool. The guys are working hard to raise some dollar and if you want to help out you can visit their campaign page here and pledge anything that you can.

You get a lot for your money when you pledge and one insanely superb extra is an exclusive art card when you donate $50 by the sickeningly talented artist Ilan Sheady. Check it out:

Keep track of what these guys are doing via their Twitter page too here. I don’t know about you, but I am eager to see this get made, it has such promise already it would be a DAMN shame not to see it go further.
